Timothy I. Kokhanets is an associate attorney in the Northern California office. Mr. Kokhanets provides legal counsel and support to school district and community college clients regarding facilities, public finance, bonds, general business, and education matters.
LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parker & Covert, Mr. Kokhanets practiced in the areas of real estate, employment, and personal injury. Mr. Kokhanets is experienced in litigation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution. During his final year of law school, he interned at the Boston Public Schools Office of Labor Relations, where he supported the legal team on litigation and arbitration of labor and employment matters.
Mr. Kokhanets received his J.D. from New England Law Boston, and his B.A. from California State University Sacramento.
